Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

For any delivery outside the CBD a delivery fee will be inquired depending on location. Delivery will be done within 7 to 14 working days. Packaging will be durable and reusable and will ensure product is safe upon delivery.

 

We are currently not shipping internationally but are making arrangements to do so. However, until then all purchases and deliveries will be done locally, within Kenya.

Return & Exchange Policy

Deliveries will be made once payment is verified and customer will receive dispatch information via SMS and Email. In case of exchange the item must be of equal cost to that of previous garment otherwise an additional cost will be incurred.

 

Our return policy encourages that goods once bought can only be either exchanged or returned within 3 working days prior to purchase. Undergarments cannot be exchanged nor replaced upon purchase. We offer 50% of purchase cost in case of refunds.
